We currently accept payments via credit card, Paypal and payment in advance (bank transfers only).
At the moment we are shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (including Åland), France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, UK (including Guernsey and Jersey).
We normally ship your order within 24 hours if it is in stock and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. You can see the estimated delivery time hence dispatch in the table below.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact iFixit Support.
Arrangements for a return must be made within 14 days of the date the item is shipped.
Only new items that are not defective can be sent back. Please always add a copy of your invoice and write down the reason of your return.
